Let us retire from self-care … self-medicating, self-satisfying, self-indulgent, self-navigating, self-determining, self-promoting, self-declaring, self-righteousness, etc. These are the kind of things we “die” to ourselves about, for as long as we wear flesh and there is a devil, there are over 200 “self” topics which can be exploited in us. Cast our cares upon Jesus. And yea, i know it’s real easy to just say, “Cast your cares on Jesus”, but it is true and it’s a necessity in order to gain the velocity needed to escape the gravity of the world.
